Eric Reder started playing ultimate in 1991, but by 1996 became known as GWAC (Guy With A Camera) due to his experience as a photographer in Lake Louise. During a long and successful career as a player and coach, Eric also founded the Chasing Plastic, the first print magazine dedicated to ultimate, and served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Ultimate Players Association. He now lives in Manitoba, spends a lot of time in the bush, hints at coaching co-ed ultimate in the near future, and looks forward to competing in the Grand Masters division.
