Rob has been throwing for 11 years and has been playing ultimate for 10 years; disc golf, dog disc and overall flying disc sports for just over 1 year. Rob's background includes coaching/teaching skating, swimming, soccer, golf, hockey and track & field and he has numerous coaching certifications. He also works full time in marketing at a health club so he regularly spends times talking to trainers and is in the process of becoming a certified personal trainer. Rob's mission is to grow the sport of flying disc and will be launching a new project called Disc Sports Nation which will help serve that goal.
