Austin stumbled upon ultimate in 2007 at Godwin High School in Richmond, VA, where he and a friend started the team. Austin learned how to throw from a video that came with the Wham-O disc at Dick's Sporting Goods (starring Josh Ziperstein and Jason Simpson). He's played ultimate around the world and now finds himself in DC, where he works remotely for SAVAGE Apparel Company making jersey dreams come true for niche sports of all kinds.
