Talking Points

Riot, Fury, Fury, Riot

Riot is 2-1 against Fury with a point diff of +1 in the three games, so based on results there isn’t a lot of separation between these two teams.  Riot’s three losses to Traffic tip the scales to Fury as does both team’s histories at the Championships.

A Scandal

Losses to Molly Brown, Phoenix, and Nemesis at Virginia Fusion are troubling, but the Regionals win against Phoenix is impressive and they seem to be peaking at the right time.  If you’ve not seen Octavia Payne play, yet, you are in for a treat.

Et tu Brute Squad?

A season with injury after injury after injury seems to be  turning around with a huge win against Capitals at NE regionals.  Picking up Johanna Neumann and Marie-France Hivert late in the season is huge.   The regular season results aren’t that great, but this is the team you don’t want in your pool at the show.
