Elite Ultimate players put countless hours and unmeasurable amounts of passion into improving the top level of the sport’s competition. To do so, they are constantly on the prowl for top-level equipment. ABPro Sports is a high-performance athletic apparel company that recently began customizing jerseys for Ultimate teams. Owner, Andreas Kalberer agreed to talk to Skyd and explained why ABPro provides the quality that Ultimate players deserve.

Skyd Magazine: Tell us about about your company. Who runs it? How did it get started?

Andreas Kalberer : Factory direct, I own our factory in Vietnam, I lived there for 15 years setting it up. Four years ago we opened a U.S. sales office. A clean state of the art factory, we are audited and approved by companies like Disney, Coca Cola, Hard Rock, etc. We are socially compliant, and of course, use no child labor.

We only make custom productions, and all our quality products are made to order.

Here is a video of our factory:

Skyd: Tell me about your interest in Ultimate? What are you offering in terms of gear?

Andreas: We make fully custom, sublimated jerseys and shorts. We also make caps, warmups, bags, jackets, and polos. All of our products can be color coordinated.

We are using high quality moisture wicking performance fabrics with UV 50+, antimicrobial, and antistatic treatments.

Skyd: Provide any specifications on your capabilities in printing or materials?

Andreas: Our jerseys are sublimated. This is permanent bonded print. The colors will never fade, peel off, or wash out. We can print any design you can create.
