Skyd Magazine is pleased to announce The Skyd 5 Wildcard Candidate for the Open division Callahan Award race:
Will Driscoll (Texas Tuff)
Class Year: Senior
Position: Cutter/Handler
Number: 21
Height: 6’3″
Hometown: Keller, Texas
Will Driscoll has been an up and coming name for years, but really took off last summer making big plays for the NexGen squad as well as helping Doublewide secure their first national championship. Standing at 6’3” he becomes a difficult match up for opposing college defenses especially with the speed and skill he brings to the table. He’s a smart cutter that’s helped take Texas from a good team to a great team capable of making finals of big tournaments like warm up. His size and speed also make him a great defensive force when it comes down to crunch time. When he’s on the field, Texas is always in good hands.
