Ben began playing ultimate with the George Washington University Hippos in 2001, then played club from 2005-2012, mostly with Atlanta's Chain Lightning. Now, he directs nonprofit programs, including Ultimate Peace's Year-Round practices and the recent Friendship Tour 2015. Ben believes the best parts of ultimate are the self-officiation, the competitive drive it brings out, and the community, and that these are essential in using ultimate as a tool for bringing people together.
