Dunte Hector works with Austin, TX rugby and ultimate players to help them run faster, jump higher, and play harder. He is a self-taught Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, international fitness presenter on exercise programming, and owner of ATX Speed and Strength. His sports performance journey started when he left mechanical engineering in 2010 to work as personal trainer to high school athletes. Dunte has improved acceleration, jumping ability, and resilience in baseball, basketball, football, lacrosse, rugby, tennis and ultimate players, while continuing to compete as a sprinter in track & field. He is the strength and conditioning coach for Texas Showdown and AUDL’s Austin Sol.
