Matt Shand lives in the ass end of the world, New Zealand (or the place Lord of the Rings was filmed). Based in Wellington where gale force winds are a feature at most games, he founded a Wellington based social club, the Penultimate Warriors which grew into one of the largest social clubs in the country and also plays and assists Nova, a development team aimed at bringing social players to the next level, but has a long way to go.
