Tony Leonardo has been writing about Ultimate since 1996 and is the co-author of Ultimate: The First Four Decades (2005) and author of Ultimate: The Greatest Sport Ever Invented By Man (2008). He founded the University of Notre Dame team in 1991 and and won a gold medal playing for Team USA Masters at the 2011 World Championships of Beach Ultimate. He is also known as a broadcast commentator for Paganello (2004-7, 2009), Club Worlds in Prague (2010) the World Games in Cali, Colombia (2013) and as the color commentator for the MLU’s Eastern Conference (2013, 2014).
