We’re back with our Expert Ultimate training Panel and to kick things off, this month we’re doing things a little differently. This month submit your training questions and Alan Janzen of Explosive Sports Performance and Melissa Witmer of Ultimate Results will answer via video from Alan’s gym in San Antonia, TX.
How it works
- Submit your questions in the comments and help pick the best by giving a “thumbs up” to your favorites. Deadline for questions is Sunday, September 23rd @ 5pm PST.
- Alan and Melissa will answer the top voted questions (and maybe some of their favorites) in video form!
- Answers to the top questions will be published Thursday Sept 27th.
