YUCC 2015
The 2015 Youth Ultimate Coaching Conference coverage is presented by the Bay Area Disc Association.
For the second consecutive year, Skyd Magazine is pleased to partner with the Bay Area Disc Association‘s Youth Ultimate Coaching Conference. Skyd will be on site in San Jose, CA to produce video of several key presentations and sessions for free distribution on Skyd’s youtube channel.
This year, the coaching conference is focusing on “Long-Term Athlete Development model” (LTAD). Featured speakers are USA Ultimate’s Dr. Tom Crawford, Coaching Peace’s Diana Cutaia and Ultimate Canada’s Danny Saunders. In addition, the conference will provide networking sessions and hands-on player and skills development activities.
Last year’s speakers included Ben Wiggins, Tina Syer and Matty Tsang — all of which can be viewed on Skyd’s YUCC 2014 Project page. A couple of our favorite presentations from last year are below.
