TIM MORRILL, Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Tim is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) who has worked with youth, collegiate and professional athletes through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning Boston, High Intensity Training (HIT), 365 Performance, and NCAA Divisions I and III. He has played Ultimate at the college, club and summer league levels around the country.

PHIL JOHNSON, Human Performance Specialist

Phil Johnson is the owner of the Got Strength Gym of Iowa City, IA and the founder of the Speed & Strength for Sports athletic development program.  He has served as a strength and conditioning coach for over 10 years at various levels of the profession.  He has experience working with athletes of all levels and is dedicated to providing the highest quality training and coaching in order to optimally prepare athletes for success in sports.

LESLIE WU, Mobile Health

Leslie Wu is a student at Stanford studying mobile health interventions. She is a hard-style Kettlebell certified instructor, a Z-Health Sports Performance Coach, and a USA Ultimate Level 1 Coach. Most recently she completed the USA Weightlifting (Olympic Lifting) Level 1 course in SF and writes for UltiTraining.com.
